Boudoir Bangsar Village

The package comes with coffee and macarons:))

(most pictures taken from VirtualMalaysia.com) I didnt get to take pictures as busy gossiping:))

Recently, I've been buying and using a lot of vouchers for meni and pedi at discounted price from Mydeals, Milkdeals, Ilovecoupon etc...but nothing close to boudoir...

My usual spot for meni & pedi normally Glitters at BV2...the service is ok and the price is reasonable. Too bad...I cannot afford Boudoir on regular basis.
Boudoir, I saved for special days or special treats. I've yet to try Chic nail by Soong Ai Ling..the other nail spa by the same owner but it's more for mass market according to her.

My visits normally for a friend's birthday treat or a girls day out..but I really love the service..the staffs are well trained and their service make you feel extra special...fresh warm herbal pillow were given to rest your neck and back, the massage etc...they soaked our feets in the warm water infused with essential oils from 7 types of flowers.

The other day, I wanted to treat my bff for her bday, so I called asking if they still have the offer during last Chrismas, unfortunately the package is long over, but Soong Ai Ling (the owner) was kind enough to allow me to enjoy the same package.
RM165 for Meni and Pedi, + coffee + macarons+ using Victoria Secrets lotion of your choice.

The normal price for meni and pedi is RM150 comes with coffee and macarons (using ACCA KAPPA lotions)

Buffing is charged separately from the package, RM15 for meni and RM 15 for pedi, I love the result from their buffing, extra shine compared to my normal meni & pedi.

I think for that price, all the services they offered are worth paying for, of course for me not for my monthly meni & Pedi...it has to be for special occasion when I'm allowed to splurge once in a while:)

Painting your nails?

I wish have the smooth hands and fingers like hers:(

I love painting my nails....of course only limited to the time when I'm having my period. I'll normally go for nude colors..urrr...I have to respect my mother in law, I can sense she's not happy with me coloring my nails..:)

I remembered when I was a kid, I would asked my mom to buy me nail polish in pink and red...and I loved it..but I stopped as soon as I started going to school at standard 1, school's ruling:)

Even now...I adore people wearing nail polish, I guess if it's not haram and can bring to solat..I'll be painting my nails like nobody's business.

I used to have a colleague who use different color each week and her attires from head to toe will have to match her nail color for that week...you just imagine how she arranged her closet..amazing how she color co-ordinated her working attires...:)

I'm not an expert, but 100% of the manicurist I went to, are using OPI products, someone told me it's the top of it's range. I love natural colors as I do not want to attract attention to my nails..but I also love french manicure, never try it..very nice..I wish I have the guts one day to do it:)

lovely hand with french manicure- drooling!

my favorite color

Allysha's favorite.

Review - Nails extreme

I'm supposed to blog about this 2 weeks ago..keep forgetting until I stumble upon these photos while cleaning up my D drive (gettin ready to leave for new office..yeyyyyyy!!)

My bff has been asking me to try Meni & Pedi at this place since donkey years ago (exagerating:)) and normally her recommendations never fail me:) the place is a bit out of my area hence I keep delaying and instead going to places nearby each time

So that particular weekend..as part of my treat for her birthday we went to this place together...

My review :

Location : the parking is a bit of problem as it's at the TAIPAN where it's famous for insufficient parking spots...we ended up parked at the nearby indoor parking.

The service : I like it very much..very thorough..and professional unlike Kuku bar in bangsar where the indonesian manucurists were gossiping with each other as if you dont exist:(

It also provides massage chair where you can relax while they are doing your pedicure..heaven! Since I was there with my Bff, we requested to be seated next to each other so that we do not need to shout while gossiping:)

And you know what? They even have manicure for kids..I planned to bring Allysha next time around..she will love this..everytime I went home with shiny nails..she will noticed at a first glance I entered the house

The verdict : we enjoyed our sessions!! money well spent, I dont mind coming here again

As expected..the moment allysha saw my nails..she made me be her manucurist "mommy buat manicure ye? kakak nak jugak..tolong buat sampai shine ok?".......sighhhh....susah ada anak dara ni..

until then..
